Reaching a level that unlocks new Refining or Fabrication recipes now sends you a System message in Chat/Social listing exactly what you can make.
Hitting a new level used to unlock recipes quietly. Unless you went back to the console and looked, you could carry on for a while without knowing you could pour Galvanic Stock or wind a Galvanic Wire Spool. Now RuneSpace tells you.
When you reach a Refining or Fabrication level that unlocks recipes, a message from System arrives in the Whispers tab of the Chat/Social panel, listing every recipe that just opened up. A big reward that carries you past several levels at once still lists everything you skipped over, in one message, so nothing slips by.
System sits pinned at the top of your Whispers and lights the Chat/Social button until you read it. It is RuneSpace itself, not a player, so there is nothing to reply to, block, or report. Which levels unlock what is on the Mining & Refining and Fabrication & Tinkering pages of the Wiki.

Added
- A System message in Chat/Social → Whispers whenever a level unlocks new Refining or Fabrication recipes, naming every recipe it unlocked.
- System is pinned above your other Whispers, counts toward unread, and stays read once you have read it, on every device.
Changed
- Player names and character names can no longer be "System".
